How I work:  My packages are designed to deliver sustainable changes that last. All packages start with the completion of our online questionnaire, followed by an initial 1 hour consultation. I will tailor your nutrition plan to you, taking into account your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, likes and dislikes.

On-going weekly support ensures you have little risk of steering off course – no matter what life throws at you.

A 12-session programme, designed for those who have a little longer to travel on their path to wellness and require ongoing accountability and encouragement to achieve sustainable change.

If you’re fully invested in your health and wellness, and know there are bigger changes to make before feeling your best – then this is the package for you.

This one-off consultation is ideal for those who are looking to make improvements to their diet through small dietary changes. You will be required to complete a 7-day food diary and a small questionnaire so that I know your health goals and your food habits.

An initial hour-long consultation is the first step into your health journey. This is where I’ll start to discover your health goals, medical history, lifestyle habits, day-to-day stresses, how well you can relax and sleep, and the foods you eat or don’t eat.

Around six weeks after your initial consultation, we’ll arrange a follow-up appointment of an approximately 1 hour. This is an opportunity to see how you’re doing and discuss any health niggles, or things you’re finding difficult.
